We will stay away from commenting about the program itself which is airing this week. But it is interesting to note that the profile of children in the documentary are residents of Bushwick, Brooklyn, NY who travel to South Africa to witness poverty first hand... when they arguably live on the poverty line here in the USA. Nonetheless, we found it interesting that the series filming also took place on the exact streets where we lived in Bushwick while editing the film. It was the only place we could afford to live while editing. Here is a picture of our editing wall in our Bushwick apartment- 2 years before we appeared on CNN itself!
